Nicola Jeffery, MBBS (Hons), BSc (Med), FRACS (Urology) is a Urological Surgeon at Nepean Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, Australia, with subspecialty expertise in reconstructive and functional urology.

She completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales and subsequently undertook three years of reconstructive urology fellowship training at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh and at University College London Hospitals.

Dr Jeffery’s clinical interests include male urethral stricture disease, hypospadias, urethral diverticulum, male and female urinary incontinence, bladder-neck contracture, urinary fistulae and functional lower urinary tract disorders.

She has a particular interest in prostate cancer survivorship, including the management of urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction following treatment, as well as overactive bladder and urodynamic assessment. Her practice combines reconstructive surgery with detailed functional assessment and long-term management of complex urinary problems.

Dr Ragheb Massouh is a Reconstructive Urology Fellow at University College London Hospitals.

He completed his urology training at Hospital del Trabajador, Santiago, Chile, before undertaking fellowship training in reconstructive urology at UCLH. His current training includes the assessment and management of urethral stricture disease, complex lower urinary tract reconstruction and peri-operative care of reconstructive urology patients.

His fellowship focuses on developing experience in reconstructive surgical decision-making, operative techniques and multidisciplinary management of complex urethral pathology.

Anthony Mundy, MBBS, FRCS is Professor of Urology and Consultant Urological Surgeon at University College London Hospitals and one of the defining figures in modern reconstructive urology.

He qualified from St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, London, in 1971 and completed advanced surgical and urological training at Guy’s Hospital. His clinical expertise encompasses urethral and bladder reconstruction, complex urinary incontinence, salvage surgery and severe urogenital injury.

Professor Mundy emerged from the distinguished London tradition of reconstructive urology shaped by pioneers including Richard Turner-Warwick and John Blandy. Over several decades he has made a profound contribution to surgical innovation, mentorship and the international development of reconstructive urology, contributing to the training of successive generations of reconstructive surgeons.

He has held major academic and professional leadership roles, including Director of the Institute of Urology, Corporate Medical Director and Responsible Officer at UCLH, and President of the British Association of Urological Surgeons.
